Job Duties: Under supervision of President, formulate and apply optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making and policy formulation for business development. Collect and analyze data for optimizing promotion, distribution, wholesale and commercial sales as well as inventory management. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, and logistics procedures. Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions. Analyze information obtained from management in order to conceptualize and define operational problems. Define data requirements; then gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests. Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action in order to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes. Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions. Development of new products and strategies for market expansion.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Logistics, or its foreign degree equivalent
Five years of progressive post-baccaulerate experience in the position offered, or as Operations Manager

Experience must include:
Optimizing procedures for distribution and sales
Inventory management

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., $48,100.00 per year.
